Patterson Place Apartments is a modern rental community in Saint Louis, MO. Here, we believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs with a $225.00 pet deposit (which can be refundable) and a $225.00 pet fee, plus an additional $35.00 a month in pet rent for 1 pet, or $50.00 a month for 2 pets. Breed restrictions do apply. No exotic pets are allowed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.
